Cancellation Policy
✨ Derra’s Blessed Hands | Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Derra’s Blessed Hands for your beauty experience. My goal is to provide every client with a professional, relaxing, and high-quality experience. Please read the following policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed below. 📅 BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT All appointments must be booked through the online booking system. I do not manually book appointments through social media messages, text messages, or phone calls. Appointments may be booked up to 90 days in advance. This allows me to maintain an accurate schedule and ensures that current pricing, services, and availability remain up to date. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until your required deposit has been paid and your appointment form has been completed. Please do not send a message requesting that a date or time be held for you. Appointments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis through the booking system. 💳 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your remaining service balance. Deposits are not refundable if you cancel, reschedule outside of the permitted timeframe, or fail to attend your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated in the service description. No deposit = no appointment. 📝 APPOINTMENT FORM The appointment form is required for every appointment. This information allows me to properly prepare for your service and make sure I have the necessary information before you arrive. If your appointment form has not been completed, your appointment may not be considered fully confirmed. Please take your time when completing the form and provide accurate information regarding your hair, desired service, and any other requested details. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS I understand that things happen. However, punctuality is important because appointments are scheduled back-to-back and your time is reserved specifically for you. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be considered a late cancellation/no-show and a 50% fee of the scheduled service may be charged. If you arrive late and I am still able to complete your service, your service may need to be modified based on the remaining appointment time. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you know you are going to be late. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show is considered a missed appointment without proper communication. If you do not arrive for your appointment or fail to communicate within the required timeframe, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. Your deposit will also be forfeited. Future appointments may require payment of the full service balance in advance or may be restricted at my discretion. 🔄 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Your deposit will not be refunded. Please use the booking system when available to make changes to your appointment. Sending a DM does not automatically cancel or reschedule your appointment. 🔁 RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your existing deposit may be transferred to your new appointment when the policy requirements are met. Repeated rescheduling may result in additional restrictions or require a new deposit. 💇🏽♀️ HAIR PREPARATION Please read the preparation requirements listed under your specific service before booking. If your service requires you to arrive washed and blow-dried, your hair must be properly prepared before your arrival. If your hair is not prepared according to the service requirements, I may need to charge an additional fee, modify the service, or reschedule the appointment depending on the condition of the hair and the time available. Please do not arrive with excessive product buildup, matted hair, or hair that does not meet the stated requirements for your service. 🧴 HAIR & SERVICE CHANGES Please book the correct service and select the correct size, length, and style when applicable. If you decide that you want a different service after booking, please contact me before your appointment. Additional hair, materials, time, or changes to the service may result in an additional charge. I reserve the right to decline a service change if there is not enough time available to complete it properly. 💰 PRICING Prices listed on the booking site reflect the current pricing for each service. Prices may change at any time. Your price is based on the service and pricing available at the time of booking. Please review your service description carefully before submitting your deposit. 📩 COMMUNICATION Social media messages are for questions and general communication only. Messaging me does not secure an appointment. For the fastest and most accurate booking experience, please use the online booking system. Please allow reasonable time for responses to messages. My response time may vary while I am servicing clients. 🚨 POLICY ENFORCEMENT These policies apply to every client and are in place to protect both my business and the time reserved specifically for you. I value every client and want to provide an exceptional experience, but I also have to protect my time, income, and ability to serve other clients.
